Fragrances are highly subjective, so we don't mind if you don't like the fragrance you purchased. We send you a pre-paid label and your return goes to charity so that someone else can love it. We are proud to partner with Give Back Box, an organization that collects unwanted goods and redirects them to charities that need them.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY
Our workweek is Tuesday through Friday, 9-5.
Orders received outside of that range will be processed on the next business day.
There may be a handling time of up to 7 days.
With postal delays, it may be 10-14 days before you receive your order. If it takes longer than that then please reach out to us at admin@grisiau.com.
Note: We are not Amazon. Please understand that this is a small business run by a small staff. You are purchasing an artisanal product that is bottled and labeled by hand, specifically for you. This takes more time than pulling a ready-made product off the shelf. We do not offer or promise expedited shipping. We do not ship every day; we ship in batches as orders are collected. We cannot control how quickly the package moves through the USPS system. Please be patient. We want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase so please reach out to us at admin@grisiau.com if you have concerns about your order.

We are not responsible for changes in rates or delays with customs.
We use UPS Saver to ship internationally but our carrier may change, at our discretion, at any time.
