Fragrances are highly subjective, so we don't mind if you don't like the fragrance you purchased. We send you a pre-paid label and your return goes to charity. So that someone else can love it. We are proud to partner with Give Back Box, an organization that collects unwanted goods and redirects them to charities that need them.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY
Our workweek is Tuesday through Friday.
Orders received outside of that range will be processed on the next business day.
There may be a handling time of up to 7 days.
With postal delays, it may be 10-14 days before you receive your order. Our apologies but fragrance must travel by ground only, which takes more time.
Fragrance samples ship USPS. Normal transit time is 5 days but can take longer with current postal delays.
Free shipping offers and shipping costs are subject to change at any time.

$35 flat fee
We are not responsible for changes in rates or delays with customs.
We use UPS Saver to ship internationally but our carrier may change, at our discretion, at any time.
